Skat Blast Dust Collector with patented HEPA Filtration traps ultra-fine dust particles down to 0.3 microns and keeps 99.97% dust inside the dust collector and out of your shop. Non-stick HEPA Filter Membrane resists clogging. Most dust simply falls off the filters.
Model 180-DC has Triple Bank HEPA Filtration.
The result is 40% more airflow through the cabinet and dust collector, and increased visibility and dust collection over older bag-style units. Plus, 125% larger filtering area!
Here's how it works:
dust-laden air enters back of the dust collector through a 5" diameter, 6 ft long hose (included) and settles on the outside of the HEPA Filter Cartridges. Cartridges are easily accessible through the front door. Shaker lever assembly, located on the rear of the unit, operates manually to shake dust and dirt off the filter cartridges. Dust falls down to the bottom drawer. To empty, simply open and remove drawer and discard residue.

The truck driver is not obligated to assist in unloading. Please have adequate equipment and help to unload your shipment at the time of delivery, as truck lines are unable to wait. UNLOAD or LIFTGATE SERVICE
- Unload or Liftgate Service is a service offered on most items requiring shipment by Truck Motor Freight. This is an extra cost option of -0. (Call or email us if you would like to take advantage of this service.) The freight carrier will do one of the following:
The equipment will be placed on the liftgate of the truck and lowered to the ground. The driver will then take the equipment off the liftgate.
If no liftgate is available on the delivering truck, the freight carrier may lower the equipment to the ground.
Once off the liftgate or truck, the customer assumes responsibility for any further placement or delivery of the equipment. Unload or Liftgate Service is a per-shipment charge. TEETER-TOTTER UNLOADING
UNLOADING A SKAT BLAST CABINET
is fairly easy and can usually be handled by two people. (You should have two able-bodied helpers on hand.) Skat Blast Cabinets are well packaged and may be laid on their back side (opposite lens and glove openings) at the rear of the truck. Then simply slide cabinet off truck until it is balancing on the edge in a "Teeter-Totter" position. Two people can then carefully lower the cabinet to the ground. (Some larger cabinets require a third helper.)
HINT
- Get 3 or 4 large empty boxes of various sizes. Fold the four lids closed, place each smaller box into the next largest size. Set on ground under cabinet to absorb shock as cabinet is lowered to ground.
