Item Description
Because it utilizes heat signatures Torrey Pines Logic Thermal Imaging System T12-W can help the operator locate objects or people in areas where there is smoke dust fog or other visual impediments. This technology can be useful in locating people lost in dense brush hot spots in fires or even gaps in a home's insulation. Although this unit resembles a holographic or red dot sight it lacks any adjustment for absolute zero and therefore should not be used a sight. Because this unit is small it offers a variety of mounting options. These multiple mounts provide for many different applications such as search and rescue law enforcement or surveillance. Using its picatinny mount the T12 can be mounted to a variety of platforms such as the included handle and wrist worn rail adapter. Toggling between features in the dark is easy with dedicated power and mode buttons constructed of tactile rubber.
T12-W (12.5° FOV, 30Hz video) mini-thermal imager models offer a robust feature set commonly found in more expensive devices:

Multiple display views: white hot / color / black hot / NV green

30Hz units are ideal for hunters and support more sophisticated domestic user needs. 9Hz units are export ready. Devices can be used in variety of search operations, firefighting and detection and other commercial applications.
