I bought this and a horseshoe bracelet (offered on another ebay auction) at a rodeo and never found time to wear it so off to ebay it goes.  Would make a great Christmas gift or stocking stuffer.
Inside diameter is approx. 2 1/4", 1/4" wide and 7 1/2" long when stretched out.
Comes from a non-smoking home.
