Description
The Skar Audio SPX-T are 1-inch, high performance, neodymium component tweeters, engineered by Skar Audio to deliver unparalleled sound for those listeners seeking nothing but excellence from their vehicles sound. Designed to be added to a sound stage of existing component speakers, or to replace a lesser caliber pair of tweeters, these are unrivaled in sound quality and performance. It starts with the aluminum dome of the tweeter, which in conjunction with the silk edge of the tweeter and the powerful neodymium magnet, allow for added sensitivity and increased power handling. External crossovers are included and provided for each individual tweeter with this set. Peak Power: 320 Watts (Pair), RMS Power: 80 Watts (Pair). Frequency Response: 1.3 kHz - 20 kHz, 4 Ohm Impedance. Sold as a Pair.

Founded in early 2012 by the current CEO, Kevin Schlenker, Skar Audio has grown from just a hobby, into a business that now employs a full time staff of nearly 20 people. Since day one, our focus as a company has been to design and engineer products that are constantly raising the bar and defining new limits. We emphasize on designing competition grade products priced for the normal consumer, but without sacrificing build quality. It is important to us that if you see our products being used in the lanes, that you have access to obtaining those products. As a manufacturer, we utilize a network of brick and mortar retailers around the country to put the product in hands of certified technicians that know the product inside and out, and can easily help our customers with sales and installation.
Skar Audio is located in the heart of the manufacturing district in Tampa, Florida. Our headquarters is home to the proud staff of nearly 20 people, who are audiophiles themselves and love to serve our customers everyday. With our facility being over 17,000 sq ft, and featuring show rooms, testing rooms, a new product development center, as well our warehouse and offices; we are happy to offer tours to local or visiting enthusiasts and customers to show them what we are all about. We take the hands on approach in delivering value to everyone we deal with, and maintain an open door policy at the office.
