DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Damage Return Policy:
While we always do our best to take back any and all returns, there are a few exceptions of items that cannot be returned to our store due to the fact that the manufacturers will not accept these items back from us. We strongly encourage you to inspect your item when you receive it. If you receive an item that is DOA or Damaged, you MUST report it to us within 3 days of the delivery date as noted by the shipping company's tracking records. Any item reported DOA or Damaged after 3 days will NOT be eligible for refund and/or exchange. A full refund will not be granted if the item is not return in the original box with all items included. If items are missing, only a partial refund will be granted.
