Ford 6" x 8" to 6.5" speaker adapter - They really fit 6.5" unlike scosche SA68!

You get a PAIR of 6" x 8" to 6.5" speaker adapters.
I purchased the Scosche SA68 to convert my Ford's 6x8 speakers to 6.5". They did not fit! There is no way those adapters will work with 6.5". If you cut away enough material to make it fit you will have nothing left. The comparison is in the last 2 pictures.
So I designed and 3d printed these in PETG, a high temp resistant thermoplastic. (Designed to fit the JL c7-650w originally)

They are stiffer than the
SA68s.
You will need to mark and drill the mounting holes for the speaker itself.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPEAKER'S INNER DIAMETER.
