Brass Cloisonne HANGING EARRINGS ENAMEL Pierced Wires TWO BIRDS & A FLOWER White

For your consideration is this beautiful pair of enamel cloisonne brass earrings. I do not know the age or the make of these. They are white circle hanging hoops with a cut out. They are white with a red flower and blue birds. They could use a good cleaning, but otherwise are in very good vintage condition.
