24" Wheelchair Hand rims (pair) - Coated Anodized Rims (measures 21" across)

Please see photos for further description and condition of these unused push rims for wheelchair wheel.  Manufacturer sent the wrong item and doesn't want them back.  Never used, but I don't have original packaging or instructions.
