1st Generation Cary Cigarette Boat Bar

Description

When Don Aronow sold Magnum Marine he found himself in a non-compete agreement related to boat building. His solution was to have his friend Elton Cary/Cary Marine build him a boat which he (Aronow) designed. He then campaigned this boat as "Cigarette" and a racing legend was born. The original hull mold was used for racing boats such as "Beep Beep" which was the fastest off shore boat of it's time. This same mold was used for a small number of high performance off shore fishing boats.  "Lil Jinx" being one of those. The boat is undergoing major refit in Texas and being re-powered. The original running gear and the pair of Twin Turbocharged Ford/Seamaster 534's were removed. Those were taken into the fabrication shop and built into a custom bar. Every piece painstakingly refinished and polished to reveal the original brass and stainless finish.  The hand built glass and steel bar is an iconic piece of art down to the last polished brass bolt.  "First Smoke" is Thunder Boat Row history available for sale.  There is only one.  (Please refer to Wikipedia for further details and history).
